Shantallow playpark

This playground is in a quiet area, next to the renewed Shantallow community centre. It's enclosed with fences all around with two heavy gates. Young children can play around carelessly and parents can make use of the four benches available. There's also a big enclosed football/basketball court beside it.Unfortunately sometimes the playground can be found littered with garbage and at times even broken glass which is dangerous. Can't blame the people taking care of the playground though. More the youth who use it as their hangout and not being able to find the two big garbage bins.If only people could learn to clean up after themselves. Other than that it's a nice playground.
