Fantastic service. Quick, all my queries answered, and came away with everything I needed.

I have tried to use this store on a few occasions, as it is in a convenient location.The first time I had to wait 20 minutes for the assistant to return to the store from sitting in his car.He then told me that the boots were beyond repair. I took them to a independent cobbler who re soled them for £7 without any issue.The next time I tried to get a phone screen repaired and was told to come back the next day as this assistant couldn’t do them but the man in the next day could, and it would take 1 hour. When I went back the next day another man told me he couldn’t do it and would send it away and return it in four days.This isn’t really what is advertised on the Timpson website.Very poor.

Great service

I recently bought a second hand car. The buttons on the remote were wrecked. I bought a replacement. I asked if they would cut the key for me. I was told no problem if I bought it from them at a cost of £70+. Or I could have a complete replacement for £150. I swapped the key and innards myself, total cost less than £5.
