I don’t usually recommend solicitors and I am very protective of my clients. However so far this month I have referred 4 clients to this firm and 3 have mentioned that they are more confident about going to family court.I did warn my clients that this firm is busy and won’t always answer every call from every client all the time. This firm may appear to be “not the fastest” at getting things done. In my experience most solicitors are not very good at customer service.However when something needs saying or doing this firm are better than most. I have witnessed one of their solicitors roll their sleeves up and really fight for one of my clients. Sometimes the passion leaks out.So if you can handle the fact you will only get a meaningful call returned and looking for a thorough and dogmatic firm, choose this one.

To be honest, I looked at some of the negative comments, and was surprised!Not sure who they dealt with at DSD Law.I can only speak about one person on the team.I was lucky to come across Andrew Stone, after dealing with 3 other law firms in Essex & London.The 3 before were to put it bluntuseless!!!Cost a fortune, and rubbish advise.Andrew turned my whole case around.Solid correct advise.Always got back to me straight way.Never felt rushed.Honest.My case was a separation after 37 years,So if anyone is looking for a brilliant Solicitor,I have no hesitation recommending Andrew Stone from DSD Law.

Absolutely appalling!Currently speaking with the SRA, Legal Ombudsman, and the Legal Aid agency regarding DSD failing to do anything they were supposed to!Michael Clarke took the case then refused to do anything, failed to submit court bundles as required, refused to communicate, and is now risking my case further by refusing to pass information to another firm who have agreed to represent me.Avoid DSD at all costs!!!I have the evidence to prove everything I've said, this isn't just someone bitter that DSD didn't win a case, they actively breached my children's Article 8 Human Rights through their actions.

I hoped for total support from DSD when I instructed them, I got so much more. I would highly recommend them and would most definitely use them again without any hesitation.I would especially like to thank Andrew Stone for his excellent work, professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on those occasions which proved emotionally difficult dealing with unpleasant issues. You dealt with me in a professional way but showed patience and understanding. There was no hesitation from you about presenting a worst case scenario and always lending a sympathetic ear, which was very much appreciated. I was not able to be represented at this time by them. All I can say as a male in a family case and a victim of domestic abuse. The lady who took my details could not have made me feel more valued and gave me empathy as many other solicitors just shut me down and wouldn't even consider it. this firm gave me faith in solicitors again .I hope you can take on some of my cases .
