Honestly, it's a solid place to get a cup of tea at the station. Service was nice and also quick, and it was a good cup of tea too!

James was extremely friendly, I had a too good to go order and the amount of food was unbelievable! Quality of service and food really made my day, couldn't recommend enough.

Very expensive for what it is. Small hot drink almost £3. Small orange again almost £3. And a medium baguette over £5.50. Even a pain au chocolat is almost £3. No meal deal offered despite asking, the response I received was just a blunt no. So a small orange and a baguette was £8.28! Packed out with lettuce and little else it didn’t taste great either. Considering they will source the food at wholesale, it doesn’t represent good value. Food didn’t particularly stand out so wouldn’t recommend.

It's not often you get such a chipper person serving you tea and sarnies at a train station, but today took me by surprise. AND I got offered a choice of milks for my tea! 14/10 would buy tea again

The advertising outside the store and the inside tv screens stated free hot or cold drink with a baguette. I was charged £9.19 for a £4.99 baguette and a hot drink. When I queried it the server said the deal wasn’t running. Your advertising is misleading! It states in small print Subject to Availability. Both baguettes and hot drinks were available so I don’t see why I was charged such an amount? I could have got a better deal elsewhere in York station.
