I received a first-class customer service from the manager as well as the store Assistants at Enfield Sony Centre- it was an experience to remember! They really put a smile in my face by going the extra mile . I went there to look for some Sony Parts {Discontinued items} in fact, they took ownership of my problem and gave me their undivided attention from the word go. They searched everywhere including upstairs -yes, leaving no stones unturned so to speak! It took a lot of their time but it was well worth it - they found the parts that brought me there and i was very happy and grateful to them. They were thorough, considerate, polite, friendly, caring , patient and professional- what an excellent customer service! One has to visit this Store to experience it. I fully recommend the Store and the Staff- please keep up the good work!

I cannot fault the service received at this shop. It’s nice to have the option to talk to a sales assistant about big purchases rather than hoping for the best when buying online. I went in looking for a camera and Joseph approached me asking if I needed any assistance, which I did. I ended up getting the exact bundles of items that I was after. Joseph’s help was much appreciated.

I went into Sony today not expecting to get much. However I was greeted by the very helpful staff. If I can remember correctly his name was Tom he really helped me find everything I needed to set up my new tv system in my house. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. I left very happy and well informed on all the items I bought today. Thank you Sony !

this was a shop display TV purchase. Delivery was both reliable and fast and the item was well packaged. We found the Centre to be extremely helpful, with a subsequent enquiry around documentation relating to the 5 year guarantee.

Excellent service when purchasing a new tv today. There was no sales gimmick or pressure to buy bigger, more expensive models like you can get at some tech stores which was really appreciated. Kyle was able to answer all of our questions and was very helpful in us making our choice. The price was much better than we thought it would be and got a 5yr warrenty for our product. I would definitely come back to this store in the future and can highly recommend.
