Really helpful member of staff. Thank you Pierre for helping me with a situation the ee online customer service couldn't help with. I had an awful experience with customer service where i spent half an hour speaking to an agent, then they went silent for 45minutes! every 10mins i messaged asking for an update but all it said was “agent typing…” for 45mins straight. I came in to the Richmond branch and Pierre approached me with great customer service skills and a very welcoming energy and helped me sort out my problem, putting in extra effort to follow some instructions which confused me.I hope ee look after their staff, especially staff members like this guy. Thankyou again

In the past customer service here was pretty poor and I have been ripped off on a couple of occasions. Yesterday I tried again and had Maryam who was very professional and wonderfully generous with her time, doing everything I needed. I left very happy and I would recommend it for certain..

Very helpful staff member fixed a problem with my EE wi-fi mini network which EE technical support on the phone could not solve. Well done guys, especially on a hot Sunday afternoon. :)

Maryam helped us today and she was fantastic. Super helpful and patient with us as she walked us through setting up a phone. Really impressed and I highly recommend going to her for smartphone support.

I needed help setting up a new business mobile broadband sim and the staff were really helpful and very friendly. Diana helped get everything sorted for me and was incredibly patient. There were plenty of staff there to cate for everyone's needs and they seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Terrible, untrustworthy service, my elderly mother has been scammed in that shop several times by various members of staff. In the past she has been signed her up for a tablet she thought was free, another for an unnecessary 12 month SIM card which she never received, one even pocketed cash from her that should of gone towards her mobile bill.If you want to use EE, pick up the phone and join that way.Stay out of that shop. AVOID.

Would not recommend anyone get anything from this store.Remeena, one of the store staff, tried to convince me to buy an expensive 5g dongle contract when in fact there is no 5g in my area which is completely ludicrous. They also misspelt my address and simply invented all the details when they did a credit check on me meaning I was only able to get one contract, when I know (because I had checked before) that my credit score is actually decent.If you need to get a new sim card or a new phone, either go on the website or call EE. You will get a much better customer service than here.

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.The charger wire I brought in Southend whilst out of town, BURNT my charger port. They said I had to return it back to Southend! Since when do EE not accept FAULTY returns that are not purchased in there store?I had my bank statement showing the 1 item purchased and its the same price to date.

I got my Pixel 8 from this store. Thanks to Shawzy everything went swimmingly.
