We visiting Cave 10 days ago being referred by our vet. All the staff who walked through the waiting area made a fuss of our pup and were pleasant and professional. David, the orthopaedic specialist was thorough and caring. Returning yesterday for x-rays and examinations he explained the issues and said that no surgery was required. How refreshing to fins a company that aren't out to spend your money unnecessarily.

Sympathetic vets and friendly, efficient reception staff. Procedures, outcomes and potential costs explained thoroughly. Located just off M5 j26.

Our little Chihuahua Dotty Sue was referred to Cave from our local veterinary practice due to a suspected spinal neck injury leaving us to fear the worse. Upon arrival we were greeted by Simon Bertram, a specialist in neurology…We were both totally blown away with not only his breadth of knowledge regards potential breed related aliments but also his ability to converse with us to answer any questions in depth that we posed. We really appreciated his straightforward matter of fact approach when delivering his prognosis leaving us fully informed of all options available.In short we left with far more knowledge than we entered with. Never felt so reassured of professional expertise so no matter what the outcome for our little dog we strongly recommend Cave for both their expertise and professionalism.

What a great place staff friendly and helpful from start to finish. The reception staff helpful and caring. Nothing too much trouble, the Surgeon explained everything.Saw a different Surgeon when we brought our Dog home, explained in detail what how and when. Called to check up on him arranged a follow-up call

Excellent experience seeing the internal vets for my dog who had an acute kidney injury. With their help and guidance we are now stage 1 (down from 4 kidney failure) and my pup is thriving. Excellent service from walking in the door to follow up. Would highly recommend Cave Vets

What a welcoming place, competent & friendly personnel, an empathetic vet. My elderly cat wasn't half as stressed as he is at his regular vet's practice. Treatment options well presented, plenty of opportunity to question. All in all, highly recommended. Just a shame that some dog owners felt they could occupy the space clearly labelled for cats

My dog Buddy had soft tissue surgery, Malcolm has been so very helpful, he's a great listener and he's very informative. Buddy seems to really like him too and buddy can be quite aloof! The nurses are lovely and smiley.

Welcoming and friendly to me and my dog, caring and compassionate staff all round. Lovely location, nice and calm for pets in a spot of bother and after a long journey to get there. Highly recommended. Thank you!
