October 17th,2023, I wanted to send a parcel via Evri, the assistants at Abbeydale Road Tesco Express, suggested I went to the Sharrow Lane branch as their Evri machine was broken down.I really wasn't sure how to correctly use the Evri label machine... Ed kindly asked Charlie to assist me, he was so efficient and helpful he completed the task for me!Thank you so much Charlie and Ed!

Staff over there was worst ever I have seen I went to tesco on 4th of nov where to buy some gift cards where I Paid them using my Indian international debit card after my amount getting debited thy refused to give the item and also thy said u will get refund in next 24hrs where its been 4days I didn’t get any reap once from the tesco staff it was 50 pounds vouchersWorst experience by the shift leader :-*_CHARLIE_*And the person who served me *_IAN_*Even single start for these guys doesn’t make sense

Car park is always full of rubbish, a 2 min litter pick every morning would make this a much nicer addition to the community.

Came here at 9:30pm on a Friday night and it was closed. Says its open til 11pm on the store front and online. I need my groceries to be able to exist. Fuming

Obviously overpriced because it is a Tesco Express. Has absolutely decimated businesses in the area with the row of shops on Wostenholm Road mainly derelict, Premier and Happy Shopper both boarded up and Fox's down the road struggling despite undercutting on some products. Overall seams to have caused more problems than its solved.

I went in to the sharrow store this morning and was assisted by a lovely lady called Sharon who helped me find what I needed as I couldn't find the items I wanted. all the other members of staff I saw while I was there was also very polite, very good customer service.

You’ll find staff having a chit chat stocking shelves whilst there’s a queue at the till. No clear queue system between the tills and kiosks.Parking facilities are not good as it is but is made worse during morning commutes when a delivery truck is blocking the car park.

Car park is the worst I've ever seen in my life, you can't get in because of people struggling to turn their cars around to get out and you have to cross a busy pavement to get in and usually end up blocking oncoming traffic while waiting to get in to the car park. Security follow you around as if you're a criminal. And prepare to be harassed by a homeless" couple outside that are too high to remember that they asked you for change on the way in and will ask you again on the way out as if they've never seen you"
