Great local serviceHave been using Custom heat for boiler service since we moved to Rugby nearly 5 years ago. It's really great to support local business, but even better when it's a high quality business with brilliant service. Their engineers have always been knowledgeable and easy to talk to. On our last service, the engineer, Todd, was able to identify the issue we were having and was able to clearly problem solve to the solution. The office staff are also all easy and brilliant to work with. Great value for money, great service and I'm never worried about being cold! :)

I'd give 6 star's if I could !!!Had a visit from a lovely guy this morning, Tom Ellis..Can't rave about him enough, such a polite, respectful & helpful young man..Tom took his time to inspect my elderly parent's recently fitted boiler, as there were unusual" noises coming from it !!!He knew that my dad was a bit concerned at the "unusual" noise

I've just had an engineer, Tim B out to do a gas safety check and he did a really good job. He was also respectful of the fact that I had my little one sleeping upstairs, he did the job quietly and as fast as he could. He was professional but also very friendly and bubbly. Once he finished the job he stayed for 10 minutes to have a chat which I thought was lovely. Very friendly and professional service, would highly recommend. Thanks Tim!

New boiler fitted by Karl over two days. Organisation was a bit pants in that the date was changed 3 times, not great when it had been arranged specifically to coincide with days off. Luckily Mum could step in. The engineer, Karl, was brilliant though and he’s the reason for the 5 stars. He was really pleasant, extremely efficient, went above & beyond and cleared up every bit of mess after him. Not sure about recommending the company but would 100% recommend Karl.

Tynan came to us today to service our boiler, he was professional and a really nice guy. He took a look at our shower whilst he was here too and also fixed it. Plus identified an issue with our toilet, arranged for the parts to be ordered and a date to fix this also. We would really recommend him and custom heat. A great service all round.

Really great service today from Simon Fisher, I had a new Belfast sink tap and waste installed by Simon today. It was a tricky job, he had to pull out the entire kitchen cabinet, and find ways to work around the obstacles we encountered.Really happy with his friendly and professional approach, problem-solving attitude.Always use Custom Heat for a job well done!

Our experience with Custom heat has been a really good one.We had 2 separate engineers here, one to service and diagnose and both friendly, then the very next day we had Tim B come over to fit the new replacement parts.He was friendly and got to his work right away, he was clean and efficient and on time.Thank you so much, we will most certainly make use of your company again.Juanita and Deon A

Tom Ellis arrived this morning to help with the boiler. He was prompt, polite, friendly and efficient. He explained what needed doing and answered my questions clearly and concisely. It was a pleasure to meet him and he definitely made me feel very positive about the company.Charlene Manning

Tom Ellis came to fix our boiler today and we are very pleased with his service. He explained in detail how to use our thermostat and answered other questions on boiler use. An outstanding engineer in our opinion. 5 stars!!
