I wish i could give it less than one star. So I went shopping with my mum yesterday, made our way to the checkouts where we was stood waiting for the longest time to be served, there was atleast more than 20 people waiting to be served too. We got served and then we walked towards the EXIT doors to leave. A woman walks through the EXIT doors so I said to my mum I don't think she's allowed to walk in that way" that was all. Next thing I know this woman walks out the EXIT doors and shouts across the car park "what is your problem". I told her I have no problem I just don't think she should of came in through those doors. She then carries on screaming at me and she's saying "I work here so it doesn't matter to me"

Finally opened a 2nd till when the queue was literally half way down an aisle. Then the first till had faults, so till 2 server helped, meaning no movement at all. Then another assistant came along to take over till 2, chatting away to the other assistant. Our turn.All items we had were visibly priced. Total, according to no more than primary school level maths, was £19.50. Till said £42.50. No something is wrong there. It's £19.50".Take 2..."OK

Nice clean store, friendly staff but not all know what they sell. I had bought an item previously and needed more. With the seasonal moves ,I couldn't find it, so I asked a guy nr the tills who was replenishing shelves. He said they didn't sell it and never have.I wandered round and guess what, I found it ! Took a few to the tills and waved one at him.I appreciate that there are thousands of products in store, but this wasn't an unknown product. All in all, a good shop, plenty of choice, and free parking.

Groceries, pet food/treats/accessories, homewares, DIY, electricals and much more at very reasonable prices. Some exact same grocery products are cheaper here than the major supermarkets.

My local B&M PLENTY OF VARIETY. Some good prices but as with everywhere things going up on a regulat basis. Always worth comparing prices there though
