Excellent service from everyone I dealt with regarding the purchase of my first house. Olivia in particular was really quick to respond to any queries and was also incredibly patient with my many questions.I've heard about the stresses of buying a property, but I was able to successfully compete with very little issues and I do believe it's because of how efficient Robertsons communicate with all involved parties.I would definitely use them again.

Thanks to Kim, Becky and co for a very smooth first house purchase. Professional efficient service and kept me in the loop during the three month process. Possibly not the cheapest choice but a good service at that though ultimately I'm supremely grateful to now finally be free from predatory estate agents, landlords and their greed driven annual rent increases. Praise the sun.

Not happy if I am honest! They might know what they do , however when it’s the first time you buying a house and want to be in a loop and asking questions they don’t come back to you until you remind them. Sometimes they would promise to email and yet again never do until you email them first. After living a whole year in my house found out from my bank I wasn’t even registered with the Land Registry as Robertsons’s never finished the process. It’s really frustrating! There are many points I would mention but generally speaking if you have alternative option I wouldn’t go with Robertsons.I will never use they services again that’s for sure especially considering the money I paid. Not recommending!

Having never made a claim before for bad tenants I was very unsure who to go with. From the start I was put at ease and guided through the process step by step. Every query was responded to by email or call immediately. I knew I had made the right choice.

A strenuous task to get anything done and had to raise a complaint with the bank any time I wanted a response. I have recently tried to change my name on the title, only to find out almost three years later that they hadn’t fully registered the land! Awful service and I wouldn’t recommend! Especially if you don’t have one of their partners like a bank there to push them!!!

I have just been told that these solicitor's have just lied to my lender and have lied to my mortgage broker. Won't use again. Just wow.

I am happy with the service provided purchasing my first house. As everything was new to me I needed a bit of handholding but everything was very clear. Robertson's use a digital platform (as opposed to relying on paper and Royal Mail for all comms) called DigitalMove and I was very impressed by this, everything could be done online / via smartphone, including ID checks, etc. Robertsons were responsive via the DigitalMove message service, email, and phone. In the end, we were able to achieve my house move within the desired timescale. Would consider using again.

Very pleased with the service received from Robertsons. Despite relatively short notice, was able to get great advice regarding a settlement agreement which enabled me to negotiate much better terms. Highly recommended.
