I totally agree with a previous review regarding the boss of the business. His attitude leaves a lot to be desired especially when dealing with a vulnerable person who is easily confused and has a terminal condition. Will not use again.

One driver, out of four, is a great person. The boss, however, should not be doing his job, he's rude to customers (who pay their wages), arrogant and lacks the patience and perseverance that's needed when dealing with customers. Furthermore one of the other drivers needs to ensure he uses deodorant before driving a taxi. The one female is pretty abrupt but she does have the patience when dealing with customers.

This is a real hidden gem!Don’t be put off by this companies apparent lack of size or advertising presence compared with some of its competitors.This is a well run, professional business with its core values intact-it truly cares about its customers.I live locally and I know that if I phone these guys they will bend over backwards to help.I truly dislike having to use any other company.The cars are spotless, the drivers polite and helpful and the prices are consistent and very competitive.If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Very poor. Dropped off a vulverable person and they left their keys in car. Didn't even offer to bring house keys back to Galston from Newmilns. Leaving the person stranded. £15 for an 8 minute journey?! Won't be using again.

Very good arrived early on day of collection. Reasonable price. Booked day before as we need an early taxi. Only thing would have been nice if the driver had been told where we were going and given a postcode with a sat nav which actually worked as the driver had no idea and couldn't get the car in built sat nav to work and we were hanging around a lot waiting for her to program the Sat nav then for it not to work, they should have been a bit more organized since we had called ghe night before. But all In all will use again as reliable.

Possibly worst taxi company ever. Booked them twice 1st time they turned up 3 days late. 2nd time 35 mins early. Plus the gentleman that took the bookings very unfriendly. I'd rather pay extra for a reliable taxi.
