Good service. Good discount.

I have been to this store a couple of times and the customer service is really bad. Most of the sales staff are too occupied with other things than serving the customers.This shop is not one where you can look at products yourself hence you need to wait for the sales staff to show the products which most of the times they seem uninterested in doing so and keeps ignoring the customers. And I am talking about times where there are not many customers in the store.The store manager also I found to be very rude and uninterested same as all the other staff in the store.

Have bought fragrances from here many years ago.

Great service, very nice helpful staff & decent prices

I went to the shop in the Queensmere centre this morning. There was a small display in the way (not enough space to comfortably move about in the shop).The girl at the desk was hiding behind the till, texting or playing on her mobile. I stood at the counter and it wasn't for a little while until I was spoken to (game had to be finished first).She didn't show any interest whatsoever. Asked for an aftershave which I had seen on the website. It was obvious she had never heard of it and said you didn't have it. When I mentioned that I had seen it on the internet I questioned if it would become available and again the answer she gave me was obviously made up there and then. She said you had a couple but had been sold in the sale!!! Ridiculous!Get some proper staff who show some interest in customers and not in their hand held gadgets!Never again!

5 stars for Ayesha who ALWAYS provides amazing customer service. She is so knowledgable, kind and understands customer needs. Happy to spend my money here! Ayesha is an asset to Fragrance Shop and they are lucky to have her!

Professional people... ! Love the email receipt! I told the lady who served me about how back home in Kenya perfume is sold down to a ml and we mix a whole lot of different perfumes.. Confuse our enemies and she thought it was cool. So far the place is nice.

Had a very good service today, had no clue what time but the manger was very helpful with all the help she provided and recommendations. She really went out of her way to cater to me and will definitely be buying from this store again
