Kings Road Grooming

Took my Labrador mix here for a shampoo and nail trim. Lovely, friendly service and beautiful job. My doggo is squeaky clean and smells devine and she even came out with a cute little Halloween bow on her collar. Will be a very happy returning customer.

Gayle was so amazing with our cocker spaniel. She groomed her exactly how we asked her too and she smelt amazing too! Her customer service is 2nd to non and she really puts thought in to making the groom great for the dog and the owner. Little things like grooming cards really are a fantastic touch as you know exactly what has been done throughout the groom. 10/10 will recommend and be back again next month!

We came to Gayle at Kings Road Grooming after our puppy had a bad experience elsewhere. Gayle was absolutely great and reassured us, as well as our pup! We began on the puppy package to build up his confidence and by the end of the four sessions he was a completely different dog in terms of his confidence! What a great place this is! We have a reactive dog who displays fear based aggression and we took him for his first groom here a few weeks ago and were very impressed. The self service wash facilities are ideal for us as we were not sure how Lennon would react with someone he didn't know in a situation he wasn't happy in (he really did not like being washed or dried by us). We have tried to wash him at home to no avail as he just jumps out of the bath but he can't jump out of the one in the wash & go room at KR Grooming. Gayle was so welcoming and showed us where everything was and how to use everything and Lennon loved her! And he smelt beautiful afterwards with his baby powder perfume, as well as feeling lovely and soft. We will definitely be returning. Thank you :) xx

Amazing! Used the wash and go today on my French bull dog who’s not great with other dogs we where made to feel so welcome and advised on the best times to go when it would be quiet. Amazing products for my girls sensitive skin will 100% be a regular customer!

Took my golden retriever to the wash and go and it was great. Gayle was super friendly and helpful from the start. The equipment was really good and easy to use. She recommended which shampoo to use and provided fresh towels, a lovely choice of perfumes and brushes to use. A lot easier than doing it at home.

Gayle at King Road Grooming is amazing. I take both my dogs to her and they love going. Ralph has very thin patchy fur and she always makes him look great - it’s the best his fur has ever looked. I highly recommend KRG as they are the best groomers I have ever used.
