The manners of some staffs are very bad and rude. There were 2 incidents where my mother went to the shop and those staffs pushed her without saying a simple excuse me" or a "sorry". If it happened once maybe it could have been an accident but it happened twice. Sorry but this shop's staff members should be taught basic and respectful manners. Even if they are stressed or working very hard they should be polite and respectful to customers at their shop."

The customer service at this place is disgusting even by the management as their pride got to their head although their father was a good man. The only two people who seem decent are the guy on the till short bengali bald guy and the hijabi bengali woman. The rest especially the management are rude and don't know how to talk to people. I would give less star if need be.

I went in yesterday with my wife to do our weekly shop of meat and fish. I ordered at the meat counter 2 mutton shoulders and the chap who served me asked whether that was it, i replied yes, unbeknown to me his colleagues in the meat section heard this. A few minutes later my wife remembered a poultry item our children are fond of and so i proceeded to order it again with the same chap as the other two were busy chatting and drinking tea right infront of us, without even bothering to ask whether we needed assistance (common courtesy dictates, they should at the very least acknowledge our presence, but they happily chose to ignore). The chap who served me earlier was finishing up serving someone else and looked surprised that i had come back again, but said nothing, the other two Quipped did he not order 2 shoulders earlier

The counter staff, 1 lady and 1 man who’s bald at every very rude! Some of the butchers are also very rude need to learn how to speak politely

One stop shop for all your Asian groceries and meat. This shop sells lamb, mutton, beef and chicken, freshly cut to how you want it. It has a large selection of Bengali fish (frozen) and fresh Bengali fruits and vegetables. I just buy things from here for my family but they can cater for businesses too. Good quality for good prices, highly recommended!

If you need a beef fix, this is the place to get it. The butchers are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable of cuts, unlike other similar shops in the area. Need a full brisket for the smoker? These guys have you covered. Need specific steaks? These guys will sort you out. Ribs? Take your pick from a range of types. Excellent value for money here, YouCan also pick up a few boxes of mangoes on the way out.

Asked for beef steak, somebody needs to educate the staff what beef steak should be cut like...We went to get our beefsteaks from Sheikh Bros based on the Google users feedback hoping for a good piece of meat.On arrival at home very disappointing to see this.

Staff very friendly and welcoming and helpful. You can get all your groceries from A to Z. Nice quality meat and fish and vegetables fresh and all kind of spices are very good standard
