We had to let our Big Handsome German Shepherd Dexter go on Monday.Hiram was amazing, treating Dexter with care, respect and dignity until the very end. Thanks also for kindness shown to us at such a difficult time x

A professional service that are extremely helpful and compassionate during a time of distress with our pet cat milo , Hiram was very supportive and caring during the home visit with regards to our hard decision although the right one to put milo to sleep can’t thank Hiram and Laura enough. And would without hesitation recommend vets at home to anyone

We were referred to Vets at Home and Heart by Glasgow Pet Cremations as we had to urgently source a home euthanasia service for our 13 year old Sprocker who had unfortunately taken a fit from which she couldn't recover. We can't thank Laura & Hiram enough for their swift response, their compassion & to Hiram especially for coming to put her to sleep at home. Your understanding, care & attention to ensuring she went with dignity is something we are so grateful for. Thank you so much.

Hiram was excellent helping my 19 year old cat Murphy to pass with dignity and painlessly in her own home as I was holding her. He was very kind and patient with both of us explaining everything.I would definitely recommend

Having met the vets both Laura and Hiram for months prior ,for my dog Bruce's end of life care I have no hesitation recommending their services sensitive compassionate and always with Bruce's best interest at heart I feel they help ease his pain in the early months and when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go this was done in his own home in his favorite place with compassion and sensitivity Hiram could really see our pain.Excellent service no hesitation recommending!

Thank you very much Hiram for undertaking a very difficult job at our home in front of the whole family. You where very kind and compassionate to my wee Misso my 12 year old Lhasa Apso, firstly giving him an injection to put him into a sleep before being euthanized. You are a very kind person and we thank you most sincerely.

Vet Laura came to my house to euthanise my beautiful boy, Max, after he suffered a stroke. She explained the whole process and it was carried out peacefully. Max slipped away surrounded by those who loved him. He showed no fear or pain.

We very sadly said goodbye to our amazing cat Tabitha on Friday. We just wanted the best for her and decided that a home visit would be the best for her. I can not recommend Vets at Home and Heart enough. Hiram came to see us and was just amazing. He was so kind and gentle with Tabitha and obviously really cared about giving her a settled and peaceful end. We were just distraught and he could not have been more understanding. It's an awful thing to have to do, but Hiram made it that much easier. So sad to have to say goodbye, but for us, this was the best way to do it.

I can't thank Hiram enough for the help & compassion he showed our family when it was time to say goodbye to our precious girl Kayla.Hiram was so gentle & tender with Kayla.We as a family can never thank him enough for making a very heartbreaking decision a little easier with the care he showed us all on the day.We wldn't hesitate to recommend Vets at Home & Heart & we truly believe as a family if there's a way to make this awful decision easier on the day then through Hiram & his wife is the way to go.Thanks again Hiram, although saying thanks will never be enough to repay you for helping our girl❤️
