Woofie Love

I placed an order for a dog bed a week ago and have heard nothing from Woofielove. I emailed them yesterday to find out if the item had been dispatched and have not received a reply. This is my first order and I am not at all impressed with their level of Customer Service.

Rude an so unprofessional.I edit my post to your reply! I never received the items they was left out side my home not even wrapped. I spoke with you and was told basically nothing your gonna do about it. I've had to get other people involved to deal with this. Was spoken to rude.To reply to your response it is not I've sent you another message where you did not contact hermes. It's nothing to do with clearbuy. I've also got a email from clearbuy saying they have nothing to do with this it's you an hermes. So please can you contact hermes as they have taken full responsibility for the missing items.Thanks

Can't find my dog's favourite balls in shops in my area so have to get them online. I found Woofie Love had them for a good price, the ordering process was easy, delivery was quick.

Pleased to say that it was a googlE problem and although woofie love was responding I couldn’t see any response . My order had gone astray but woofie immediately replaced it and sent my doggy a free gift which he loved - would recommend as a great business

Ordered a Hotterdog for our spaniel which arrived quickly. Unfortunately the dog was very unhappy when we tried to fit it.Contacted Woofie Love and they were great and said we could return it no problem.Nice people to deal with.

Ordered a dog bed - still not received - fed up as nobody seems to care. Askedto remove my feedback on amazon so i said i would if a replacement was sent out - still waiting - not impressed

Extremely good customer service with regular update communication about my order and very quick delivery. Camille very pleasant and helpful and has an excellent range of quality dog beds at very reasonable prices. Excellent all round experience in spite of this family business being 2/3rds incapacitated with Covid!

Absolutely fabulous customer service. Very efficient. Absolutely love my joules dog beds purchase. A huge help sourcing the correct food for my Labrador with a sensitive tummy. Highly recommend
