This store , you spend money in beauty brand as Chanel and they ask if I need a bag or never give samples, when they have a lot of chanel bag and samples. They are giving them to their friends or selling on eBay?! I don’t know what training they do , but it’s like they don’t care about the customer experience in this store , just they want to sell.

I had an extremely disappointing encounter with a staff member, and I believe her name was Yasmin, as indicated on her name badge. On Monday evening, I approached her near the Too Faced counter with a question about a specific shade. I never had an issue with customer service before, but when I politely asked for assistance, she rudely brushed me off, claiming she was with a customer. To my surprise, she turned her attention to her friends, engaged in a lively chat, and even escorted them to the exit without bothering to return and assist me. It's evident that her priorities lay elsewhere, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The only silver lining was another staff member who eventually helped me. Overall, Yasmin's behavior exemplifies a regrettable standard of service that should not be tolerated.

I had an issue with a faulty foundation I ordered online - Rabby at Stratford Westfield was incredibly helpful! She was super friendly and made me feel at ease, making sure my issue was dealt with straight away! Cannot thank her enough (especially as I didn't have a lot of time and the store was really busy!)

You can find most beauty, health products here. The salesperson on the perfume counter was very helpful and I was able to make a purchase within 10 minutes, so very pleased.

From the reviews already posted one can see it is very hit and miss here and very average. I went in today to purchase some insect repellent and tried to find someone to ask where it was but no one was available. I eventually found it and picked up the product I wanted and proceeded to the tills. Just then I saw 3 staff members having a good old chinwag among themselves. It would be good to see them mingling with the customers and trying to help them, but hey ho it's the modern world.I went to the self service tills and queued like a good boy. When I got to he front I noticed only two of the approximate 10 tills were cash and card, the rest just card. This makes me sick, they make cash and card tills, they look the same but yet as a company you insist on forcing the card payment only down our parched and withered throats. Make them all card/Cash please, please, please. Old people and vulnerable people queue to use the tills and have to wait a lot, lot longer to use the cash tills. They are forcing us into a cashless society because it is easier for them, not us the paying punters . I can see why there are petitions going round about this and forums suggesting we only use proper staffed cashiers which I will do from now. If there is a long queue I will put down my basket and walk out, someone else can put the stuff back.Progress is not always satisfactory

I went to Boots and was greeted by Isra, she helped me shade match my concealer from Huda Beauty and recommended me some products to try. She was very helpful and patient with me and talked me through different products she thinks would be great.

It's a huge Boots branch and this one has almost everything you need.I love that they have a self check out kiosk too.

This store does not even deserve a 1 star. Nearly all the staff members especially the beauty brand staff have zero customer service. None of them treat/serve customers with respect. They are busy chatting amongst themselves and they are always on the phone. Please avoid going to this horrendous store.Head Office-If you are reading the reviews please train your staff or sack them.
