I bought 9 sets of blinds (venetian, roller and rigid upvc vertical) from James Albert 6 years ago. All are working as well as the day they were installed. I recently contacted James Albert to enquire about adjusting the opening direction of my vertical blinds from middle split to side. James Albert promptly made the adjustment free of charge. Very happy. Superb sales and after sales service.

My experience with James Albert has been extremely pleasant from start to finish. All of the staff have extensive knowledge and are very professional. Emma was really great at helping us choose our motorised blinds. On the day of installation, Harry & Jack were very polite and tidy workers and did an amazing job. Where do I start…. I contacted James Albert looking for a specific style and interior for my home as I wanted curtains and blinds for all rooms to make a statement. James Albert offered a bespoke service that provided me with a number of fabrics and ideas on our initial consultation. Nothing was too much to ask. The work and time keeping was very efficient and I couldn’t recommend them enough for the end product.

Absolutely fantastic!!....Having had a look around in their showroom we were sat down and went through our requirements.Following a free measuring up service and some great advice we ordered blinds for our conservatory and bedroom.They were fitted today and look excellent and very competitively priced.I would HIGHLY recommend this company...5*

The more dealings Ihave with jame s Albert the more I lke them. Today looking for small nylon hangers value negligable they went out of there way to help me.. Quite frankly I do not think the cucstomer relation could be improved. 10 +
