I've just recently bought my car from them and everyone was extremely helpful especially when I went to view the car and there was just one small problem with the buttons on the key but they had no problem fixing it and also doing a full MOT and valet before I had the car.Also a big thank you to Paul for helping with everything while doing the purchase of the car and answering all the questions I had with bo problem.Overall extremely helpfull and friendly and if your looking for a good car this is the best place to go to.

Bought the loveliest of Grey Audi A4 Avants from Empressive. It was a good deal and I live probably almost 200 miles away so needed at honest appraisal over the phone before I parted with my cash. Which to their credit I got….I collected the car a week later, collected me from the car hire branch, couldn’t me more helpful, totally smooth process and the car was exactly as described. Even found essentially all the service history in the glovebox that was thought to not be present and tracked the rest down with Audi so I have an amazing car with full history now, full gearbox service, timing belt and water pump history which has saved me probably a further £2k or more.

Paul and the team were friendly, not pushy, and got all the paperwork sorted speedily. The log book arrived fast too. Thank you all for a pleasant purchase. I'd been to around about 12 different garages before I discovered yours over the weekend. The difference in attitude here helped make our decision. Purchased a lovely BMW Series 1.
