It was very nice today for our lunch I had pea and ham soup and it was fabulous with a lovely hot roll. The staff are super nice here

Great place to visit, fantastic choice of plants and garden equipment. Good choice of pet supplies and gifts. Coffee shop was a let down, was going to eat but when saw the state of the food decided not to bother, looked like it had been out for hours. Staff not very helpful when ask if they could do fresh

Absolutely adore spending time at this place especially with my partner. Extremely relaxing and therapeutic which is even more so in the nice weather.Friendly staff and that goes for the cafe as well which serves really well presented and delicious food. Unlike some garden centre cafes the food prices aren't bad either!Always lots of animals visiting to meet too. You may even meet the resident kitty too if you're lucky!

Go here every time I'm in Kelso (3 times a year). Used to enjoy little clothes shop inside (now gone) . Cafe is now bigger. Like most place seems to becoming more commercial ( I like smaller businesses) will still visit every time.

Visited the store as I had a voucher for free tulips. However when we got there we were told there wasn’t any left and they couldn’t offer us an alternative which was a big shame. It was a nice clean store with plenty of gift ideas.

Down near the River Tweed, there's a good walk in front of the big (and not so big) hooses. Plenty of room in the car park on the day we visited, though we went midweek. Julian's veg at the entrance is worth a look for the wide and varied produce, I thought they were trying hard on the green credentials too. Nice garden centre, the crafts section is a good few shelves with embroidery, carding, stencilling etc.Although there's food and drink on display in the cafe you wait to be shown to a table by a waiting person (all female if I'm not mistaken, so waitresses) who will explain the ordering system. Scan the QR code and go to the menu where you can select and pay. There's a section for dietary requirements but this failed in our case- my daughter has a nut allergy (ILT in the past) and a less serious egg and shellfish allergy but they either didn't read this bit or more worrying ignored it. The next time you see a server is when they bring your food so no opportunity to check. All that said, our lunches and lattes were good (we all had sandwiches) and my daughter paid so I don't know how much. My fruit trifle for afters was excellent. We sat outside where it wasn't too busy, too insecty or seagully (none actually)-I thought the air con inside was a tad chilly but plenty of others were perfectly ok with it. A couple of small wheeled wheelchairs are available at the entrance, though fine for the centre.
