My family & I would like to say a huge thank you to Lara & all the staff atB Hattersley & Sons.From our initial telephone call we were filled with confidence.Our Uncle passed away out of area & was taken to Hattersly’s we were given the opportunity by Lara to choose our own local undertaker but decided not to move Uncle again. I am so pleased we took that decision. Lara was amazing, she talked the whole process through with me & I knew exactly what was required of the family. Even so when questions arose she replied to my numerous emails & phone calls promptly, efficiently & with care. They helped make an extremely sad & possibly traumatic time go very smoothly. They helped us give him the best send off we could for which we are very grateful.We would definitely recommend this wonderful firm. Thank you once again Teresa Thomas & family

Great service provided by Lara and the team at Hattersley's meant a very difficult day for us was easier to endure. Meeting before the day and visit to the chapel of rest went smoothly and I felt our hand was being held throughout. The celebrant recommended by them - Sara Nash - did a great job guiding us before the service and leading on the day.Dropped a star as we did not receive final details or the live link and I had to chase them - which I could have done without the morning of the funeral. However, the issue was sorted very quickly and all went well.

Hattersley’s organised my Mum’s funeral a few days ago. Their service was exemplary from the very first phone call and nothing was too much trouble.There was the added complication that my Mum had passed away over a hundred miles from where we wanted the Cremation to be held. Simon organised everything proficiently and with great sensitivity and kindness. Sarah and Lara were sympathetic and efficient every time I had a question on the phone. On the day everything went smoothly, the attendants were extremely smart in appearance, respectful and well organised and the limousines were immaculate. In short, excellent service, kind people.

We would just like to say a very big thank you to Lara and her team at Hattersley's for the personal and professional service they gave to my wife for her mother's funeral. They made a very difficult time much easier.

The team and everyone involved in the Service for my Nan each went above and beyond to make the service the best they could have possibly done.Lara and the team truly are professionals and they dealt with every request, thought and question in a truly compassionate and appropriate manner.I can’t thank them enough and I know that my Nan would be proud of the service we all did for her, which wouldn’t have been possible without Lara and the team.

Lara guided us through the whole process and helped us to make decisions when we found it difficult. The funeral service itself was beautiful - it was carefully tailored to our needs and went smoothly.
