As a first time renter this whole process was very daunting but Adnana was extremely helpful and patient, she sorted out our tenancy very rapidly and has continued to help us through the process. We had a previous bad experience that made us very cautious but Adnana was very professional and friendly which put us at ease, this has been the best experience that I have had with an agent by far!

My experience with the company and their agent, Haron Rashid, turned out to be a frustrating story of unfulfilled promises and unprofessional behavior. It all began with the enticing promise that all bills were included in my monthly rent, which led me to eagerly pay the deposit. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I received a contract that contradicted our initial agreement, leaving me £1500 short on my security deposit.I reached out to Haron Rashid to address this issue, expecting a reasonable resolution. To my shock, his response was far from professional. He not only displayed rudeness but also canceled my contract abruptly without providing any explanation. This left me in a state of distress and uncertainty.I had anticipated a transparent and professional transaction, but instead, I was met with deception and disrespect. I'm left with no choice but to demand an apology, a thorough explanation for the discrepancies, but no one even bothered to give me an answer.

Fantastic agent! Thank you Samiha for all your help and support in finding a large student property for my son and his university friends recently. Samiha arranged viewings swiftly and was always prompt in replying to messages and patiently answering or clarifying any queries even on weekends demonstrating her commitment to her prospective clients and her job. Hope the property rental due to start in the academic year stays up to the expectations and there is adequate support through the year if any problems arise.My only feedback at this point would be that it would be helpful to have a floorplan available for a property to let. I understand that this was not available for this property. My suggestion would be to add more photos and a video tour too but I do realise that this is not always possible.
