New York Nail Design

Using cheap products like bluesky and charging same prices as every where else. I had my nails done around 3 hours ago and one nail is already peeling. Would recommend or return. There’s a reason why they are always so quiet compared to the other nail shops in Harlow

Got told to shut up only had nails on a week and already coming off first and last time going nail polish you could see though and see my actual nail the acrilic was like plastics. I recomend the one in the Harvey centre opposite clair

1st visit to this nail shop.....requested Dip Powder and I've come away with a bulky acrylic overlay. The lady who did my nails was lovely and the gel design is just what I asked for....just a shame that I've been conned into having an acrylic overlay and have been charged £40!

They left my nails bleeding and they hurt my nails the whole time.

Shocking communication, nail banish all over edges and left, not all same length and wonky will not be returning

First time visiting this nail bar. Absolutely love my short and classic nails! Masks have to be worn during visit! Will be returning

I have had my nails done here a few times. I love their work and even though I have only had time to go after I have finished work myself, they have always accommodated me. They are also quite pleasant, did not even moan once, even when they stayed well after closing time. On top of all that, their work is actually good.

This was my 3rd & last visit. 1st visit no problem. 2nd visit a few days before my husbands funeral and I felt rushed and they were rushing, nail polish smugged. Today only 1 hand done properly and she made 2 of my fingers bleed. Not happy.

I have been going here for around 6 years maybe more. I have Minh and she is incredible, great customer service, nails are always perfect, she doesnt mind how fussy I am and my nails last well. Thanks so much

I left the shop mortified and in tears, there was a huge language barrier and little to no communication anyway, I had asked for a design which I was then told he would not do since my nails were too short although the picture I showed him the nails were much shorter than mine, honestly that did not bother me I instead asked if he could then do a small design on one of the fingers which he replied and said it would cost more which I was happy to pay he then proceeded to shout at me in his languages a lady who worked there also I assume could tell I was upset and took over my nails I tried to hold in my tears but eventually she noticed and she clearly felt horrible she offered to do the first design I asked for and offered to take money of my set. I insisted on paying the full thirty and told her I wasn’t interested in the design and just wanted to finish the French manicure so I could leave. She then finished I handed her the thirty to which she gave me back the ten she was lovely and I want to mention that however overall I would never return. I am 14 and a socially anxious person this was a horrible situation and I was mortified.
