We used Joel and his team for a number of jobs around the house and they were brilliant. Gave a competitive quote on the work, always easy to deal with and the guys who came round were super friendly and efficient. We expected there to be issues with the plumbing just due to the age of the house and all issues (the boiler) were clearly talked through and explained. Zero complaints and would highly recommend!!

Found a serious problem with our boiler on Sunday night before the bank holiday, and had the whole thing replaced by Tuesday afternoon. Great service from start to finish—prompt, polite and professional. Would highly recommend! Thank you very much.

I can't recommend these plumbers more highly. They certainly live up to the name, what a great team! Hard working, tidy, friendly and efficient. They turn up with enthusiasm and do what they say they are going to do. Our job was difficult & quite technical and they carried out the work brilliantly under very hot conditions with good humour. They are respectful and keep disruption to a minimum. Thank you for all you have done, Joel, Sam & Richard.

Service was fantastic . I called and rudely interrupted his Saturday morning breakfast with his family and he was so helpful and was with me within the hour . He was very clear on pricing and diagnosed the problem swiftly ! He got me up and running for the weekend and is coming back on Monday once parts have arrived to repair the faults . Would highly recommend and thank you again !

We needed to have our kitchen tap replaced. The plumber came the next day with the tap we specified, arriving earlier than the estimated time (which was great). The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and thoroughly tested, sorting out an uneccesary maze of pipes in the process. A very professional job. I can thoroughly recommend them.
