I have taken my car in for a service and MOT twice now at Hartwell Ford Reading and both times the service has been excellent. The staff are friendly and keep me up to date with progress. Probably not the cheapest option, but i trust the work they do and the spares they use to keep my car running well into the future.

Got a recall for my galaxy, to get airbag change. Booking easy, on day just drop keys in electronic station and 1 hour later my car was ready. Can't specifie my satisfaction with airbag as I'm not planning to testing it if it works, but staff was very helpful.

I purchased a Ford puma this week from Joe at Hartwell ford in Reading. I was dealing with Joe who from the start has been amazing. He has always kept me up to date of when my car would be ready for collection and was extremely helpful with the handover . He really is a credit to your team with his happy cheerful welcome when you arrive to the knowledge he has regarding his job. I am delighted with my new car and would fully recommend Hartwell ford in Reading.

Couldnt be happier. Went last week end to view cars and picked my new vehicle up today. Salesman Joe McCallum was fantastic. He couldnt have been more helpful.Fantastic experience from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for him.He is an asset to the company.

Brilliant engaged Motorbility salesman, he was great, because I’ve had 2xstrokes and I forget names!I think it was Conre from Port Elizabeth South Africa.I checked out the stereo with Rammstein that is not everyone’s cup of tea but he Shazammed it, I think he liked it!

Couldn't possibly recommend them. After me having to explain to them what spec the vehicle had, and they took my deposit, their communication became non existent. Nobody of any authority is EVER available to speak to me, emails go unread and unanswered, and on trying to sort the matter out, the best they could do was offer my deposit back! Not a good way to sell a car. Please anyone reading this, do not waste your time.

Wasn’t a good customer experienceI am a car enthusiast, I contacted the dealership, to ask if they could start the engine of a Ford mustang so I could have a 40 second video to keep. I also wanted to collect lanyards & stickers from all the team to help with Guinness World Record lanyard collection. The lanyards mustn’t be the same. I contact the customer service team and Craig G MD but they didn’t reply to emails, which was a shame.
