Tamil's Taste of Asia
Arrogant staff. Waiting period is too high even for meals. They mix aginomoto kind of stuff which is not good to health. I used to be a regular patron of this hotel where the guy in cash counter used to be a nice guy. But now adays, may be due to their brisk business, the arrogance level is high and its a new staff. I stopped visiting this place. The food quantity is not consistent and they charged me extra for something which I declined in the beginning.

I have been to some asian restaurants in Coventry but this is worth for what you pay. Quality and quantity is worth the money. First impressions about this place is good. Warm and welcoming staff. I understood they are keen on keeping their food quality. Homemade taste of Srilankan dishes are nostalgic. The place is spacious and clean. The toilet is clean that's a specific one to be as part of a customer service.

Really not impressed ! Always had good quality from here but now for the second time I had a chilli paneer…. As you can see from the pictures very shocked only a few pieces of paneer and the rest was onions and peppers ! I mean seriously for what I paid I’m not impressed !!

Its an bad experience with their biriyani service. We ordered chicken biriyani as parcel and they cheated with paneer biriyani. Again we complained and replaced. But again they cheated with very small cube like 2 to 3 pieces of chicken. I think they are charging that 6 to 7 pounds only for rice.

I am a regular customer of Tamil Taste of Asia. I ordered food from this restaurant almost every week. Dosa and Veg Thali are my favourite dishes and one can try. The veg thali comes with small containers of different curries and rice. The only reason I have taken a star from the review is because sometimes they deliver food late but again this is because of getting a lot of orders. I would ask anyone to order from their own website.

Posting a review again for the delicious food they offer. We went to have their traditional leaf platter on the occasion of a South Indian festival. They were very courteous all the time and did explain each and every dish to us as we are not too familiar with their traditional dishes.And, everything was so fabulous and delicious that I just couldn't stop eating. I'm gonna drop by again! Wish I could add the video to this review. Adding a photo though!

After coming to UK, I was longing for good idly sambar. Trust me I had the best sambar idly in Coventry, Sambar taste texture and served it very hot hot. I was very happy to share a review since everything is good about this restaurant also we had chicken manchurian, mutton stuffed dosa and cofee.Coffee is also at point. Felt like home ❤️P.S: This was my third visit to this restaurant.

This is an amazing place at Foleshill road for South Indian dishes. The customer service here is exceptional especially who served us named PRINCE took extra efforts not to disappoint us and have a wholesome experience. Make sure to come here and fall in love with Indian cuisines.
