Terrible receptionist but the pharmacist was professional, took his time with me and gave good advice. A shame I had to wait over 2h and call back myself to speak to him. Also frustrating that the first person could have dealt with my order without referring me to the pharmacist since I only wanted regular OTC meds. When you're suffering in the middle of night, that kind of wait is literally unnecessary pain.The meds arrived at my door 90min after placing my order. In terms of price I would suggest you still find an emergency pharmacy and take an uber if you can as the mark up is 5x what you would pay in a pharmacy. That being said it's still a good option if you can't leave the house for whatever reason.

- They did not pick up the phone after multiple calls but I asked a question in the chat on google and they responded within 10-15 minutes- I desperately needed my prescription ASAP on a Sunday and having a delivery service like this available was valuable. I was told they were facing technical issues and I was able to place my order ~2 hours later. I received my medicine ~1,5 hour after confirming my order- It was my first time buying medicine in the UK but I still found it VERY expensive. They charge for the delivery depending on location. 12£ for W1.- The person who helped me put my order through also miscalculated my subtotal and charged me an extra 7£ which they then refunded (I have yet to confirm the refund as it may take a few days)- I had a private prescription and they did ask me to specify if it was NHS or not at the start of my order.

Very poor, not a pharmacy at all but a jewellery store. Total waste of time. DOES NOT indicate ANYWHERE on the website or google profile that there is no shop front. Did not even answer the phone, tried x3. AVOID.

Not an online pharmacy as such, they are unable to provide prescription medication if it is prescribed on the NHS but can service if it is from a private prescription. Presumably people reach out to you because of the convenience or necessity of not being able to go to a physical pharmacy or not having one open near them. Having explained that I don’t have an open pharmacy near me on a Sunday evening and I need to get a prescription for my two-year old daughter but it is an NHS prescription and I’m ready to pay extra for the medication the response I was given is that they can deliver the medication if I managed to get hold of a private prescription. Whatever service you are providing, I would seriously consider the ethical grounds behind it.

Great service and response in these extremely busy hard times. It's really good to have a messaging service and not having to phone up and wait for someone to answer.Very kind staff who try hard to help and open 24 hours ..even Sundays . Thank you
