Excellent service, competitive rate. I was served by Reyan, who was friendly and helpful, and did his best to give me a good rate on Euros.I had previously been to Senli Change & Go Money Exchange (the orange-fronted place just round the corner, and walked out because the staff were so rude, unhelpful and uninformative.So, I recommend the Change Money office, next to Starbucks, because they are much better.

Be aware - they have hidden fees they don't tell you about and they refuse to cancel the transaction if you do not wish to continue. It is designed to be a trap. There are plenty of honest exchanges down the road.

SCAM!Don't go there. They charged £30 for exchanging 100 euros to pound. And they treat people very rudely. Especially MO and REYAN should never deal with people.

Do NOT use Change Group. You will get ripped off. Their exchange rates are nowhere near the market rates. Today I asked my mother to change $500 for me in Oxford while I looked after the kids, assuming she would get your average tourist rate. With the dollar at 1.21 to the pound, that should mean 1.27 - 1.32 to the pound. Change Group charge 1.45. On top of that, they charge BOTH a 3 quid handling fee" AND a 2.90% "service fee". I'd be interested to hear their justification for charging two fees. You will be far better off withdrawing cash using your ATM card. Beware of this shop. We were at Cornmarket St, Oxford Change Group money changer this afternoon. Upon giving our USD cash, Reyan printed a slip informing us the exchange rates. When we decided not to accept his rates, he pointed to a notice board re no refund is permitted even though we have yet to take any monies nor agreed to his rates! After arguing for almost an hour, we had to call a police before Reyan the Teller reluctantly returned our cash!! So, please be aware of this unusual practice by this unscrupulous teller! In addition to 14.98% service fees, they add another 3% handling fees! So many customers thought we are being quoted a good exchange rates when you ended paying almost 18% fees but “too late” as you are NOT ALLOWED to change your mind even if you have not received any cash from them! Really strange interpretation of a contractual transaction! AVOID THIS SHOP.

I was deceived! today, 07/10/2023, a man was sitting in this exchanger, whom I gave $ 1500, the man took the money, deposited half of it, counted half, gave me £ 740, the check says that I gave $ 1200 I was shocked, approached and I didn’t know, counted the money, pretended that I gave $ 1,200, although just a minute before that I counted my money ($ 1,500), there is also money in the photo of the morning. No other words than a robbery. They gave me 62 GBP for 100 Euro. 3 GBP fee, 10% service. Officiate rate exchange was 87 GBP for 100 euro. She didn't inform me about the about she would have give me and refused to give me my money back. The money changer around the corner informed us about the amount, asked if it was ok and gave us 82 GBP for 100 euro.

Avoid! They have a 14.98% fee that they don't tell you about which is scammy. 200€ market value 170£ and I ended up getting only 120£. Almost a third of the money gone. When she gave me the money I questioned why it was so low and she had the nerve to say: It's actually really good at the moment

They charged me bad exchange rate plus 15%!!! 90$ of $500. Shame on this company and on the UK / Oxford for allowing such robbery.
