I’ve hired Jessica/Star Well-Being numerous times and always been thoroughly impressed with everything she delivers. She curated and managed fantastic areas at Chelmsford City Council’s Fling & 3foot People Festivals, which were always unique and very popular. Her friendly attitude, professionalism and attention to detail make her a pleasure to work alongside.

Having worked with Star Well-Being on many different occasions over the years, it's not only been lots of fun and an exciting experience. But it's also given me lots of insight within the wellbeing world at the many different places I've had the pleasure to attend. I've had the opportunity to work alongside like minded people offering my own services as well as feeling part of a lovely community. Star Well-Being has a very professional, knowledgeable yet light hearted approach to health and well being which attracts very friendly people with a caring nature which makes it a real pleasure to be part of the team.I look forward to future events to come.

I met Jessica whilst we were working together in a boring, mundane job but her positive working attitude and general attitude to life meant work was anything but dull - it meant we worked productively whilst making everyday enjoyable.I've attended a few of Jessica's events and they are fun, allowing for great conversation using great activities designed to create a relaxed environment where communication with others comes easily.Through working together all those years ago, we have become life-long friends. Jess has supported me in my quest for mental well-being: through lockdown we connected by taking part in daily, morning yoga which she introduced me to.
