After following you for years I had the pleasure of coming to the store on Friday 1st December,Tom knew it was my dream to one day have a ring from you and he did me proud.He proposed as he rang the bell for our appointment unknown to me .Together we chose the ring one of the 1979 collection I’m so in love with it. The service was amazing so magical in many ways thanks wongs for making our day extra special and thank you Anna you was amazing and made our day very special.Returning the next to collect my bridal box again we was treated so lovely this time by Danelle service was outstanding xx

Called into Wongs on a recommendation from a work colleague for a repair on my partners bracelet. The young lady who greeted us was extremely polite and professional and took the bracelet to the workshop to Max. We waited approximately 20 minutes for her to return whilst we had a look at the jewellery. When she returned Max had done the repair and cleaned the bracelet. When we asked how much? She said no charge just give us a review. We would not hesitate to recommend and if we were to buy any jewellery in the future we would definitely go there first. Thank you very much

Absolutely faultless service yet again from Wongs.Having bought a bespoke engagement ring and wedding bands, I ordered a bespoke chain and pendant for my fiancé.The level of customer service is truly fantastic. Daisy, Zara and Sara have all played a role in shaping our wedding, from the proposal to wedding rings and gifts.The genuine enthusiasm from each member of staff to help you create/buy something special is felt from the moment you walk through the door.I have a very limited knowledge of jewellery, the staff who helped me have such an extensive knowledge and make it so easy for you to shape your vision on how you would like bespoke jewellery to look.The jewellery I have purchased is always complemented on how stunning it looks, which is testament to the hard work that goes on in the work shop to craft such beautiful bespoke jewellery.On one of my visits I was also shown the workshop, which gave me a greater insight into the level of craftsmanship that goes into creating such special bespoke items.With my latest order I was working under a time frame, fearing I had left it too late to have a bespoke chain and pendant made. I cannot thank wongs, Daisy, Zara and Sara enough for their help in having my bespoke item created in time.I cannot recommend wongs enough to anyone, from the brilliant and personable customer service to quality of the jewellery at the end of the process.Thank you for a brilliant customer experience.

Visited other Jewellery shops but went back to Wongs, Tracey was fabulous! Really knowledgeable about the diamond eternity rings we looked at, made sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decision. No pushy sales techniques- just honest, professionaland a relaxed manner. Tracey kept in touch and we had a tour of the workshop when we collected the ring. Really interesting! The whole experience felt special and personal. The ring looks fabulous !!

Our experience at Wongs to purchase an engagement ring was fantastic. We were dealt with by Zara who was so helpful, friendly and experienced, everything was explained in detail of how to understand the cut and the clarity of diamonds whilst also giving positive feedback on certain rings tried, all this was accompanied by a drink of choice. My partner chose her ring after several hours, and more drinks of course,, whilst at the shop my partner wanted some old rings configured into a Russian band which Zara spent time arranging. On collection of the engagement ring we were met by Jenny who made the experience amazing again, we had a few more drinks, of course, and lots of photos by Anna we also had a tour of the workshop meeting Max who talked us through various processes and answered lots of questions, sorry Max!!. The whole experience of Wongs shop, staff attitude, experience and friendliness was faultless from start to finish, we would recommend all our friends and family to visit if and when needed. Thank you all at Wongs for making the occasion special.

Had a great experience in Wongs from start to finish. Initially dealing with Shauna, we ordered a diamond necklace in platinum, and Shauna was extremely easy to deal with, very friendly and engaging. We'd waited to collect the jewellery, when we then dealt with Charlie. Her bubbly, enthusiastic nature made the whole experience very positive and better than our expectations.

We recently got engaged and whilst it was my fiance that dealt with Wongs more than me, we had to go in together to get the ring re-sized. Throughout the whole process, the staff provided excellent customer service: from helping to pick the right ring to advising on the size, they were excellent! They made us feel really relaxed when we went in to get it re-sized and took the time to get to know us. We couldn't fault the attention to detail and we would highly recommend using their services. I can't say enough good things about Jennifer at Wong's Jewellers! She made the whole process of buying an engagement ring an absolute breeze. From the moment I walked into the store, she was incredibly attentive and patient. I had no clue about rings, but Jennifer took the time to walk me through all the options and helped me pick out the perfect ring for my partner.What really stood out was her attention to detail. She made sure every aspect of the ring was just right, from the cut of the diamond to the style of the setting. It was clear she was dedicated to making sure I got exactly what I wanted.When the ring was ready, my fiancee was over the moon. When we realized the ring needed a slight resizing, she was right there to help us get it just right. And to top it all off, she surprised us with a beautiful bridal box filled with goodies – a lovely touch that made our experience even more special.We can't thank Jennifer enough for her incredible service, and we're definitely looking forward to returning to Wong's for our wedding bands - Billy x

Jenny was absolutely amazing and really helped me when looking for an engagement ring.
