I have recently purchased an MG Zs from this garage, I was very satisfied with all of the dealing I had with the dealership.Alex was a star from start to finish, let me and my family look around the car without breathing down our necks. Sent us on our way for a test drive with plenty of fuel to get a real feel for the vehicle. He was happy to price up a used vehicle and new vehicle whilst we were out on the test drive. After speaking about all the options decided to buy the used car. Unfortunately for the garage they had been target to some vandalism meaning the car in question had a scratch down the drivers side door. Alex arranged for the side of the car to be resprayed for me and promised you wouldn't be able to tell it had happened. He was happy for me to inspect the car after it had been resprayed. True to his word you would not know that it had been scratched.He explained all options with regards to finance, gap, paint protection etc with out being pushy. On handover day he collected the car which had been freshly washed, explained all the features and all paper work was completed quickly and efficiently.I would happily buy another car from this dealership, and especially from Alex as he was fab, very friendly and very informative.

Alexandra and Simon where both fantastic, they couldn't help enough and both very professional and very pleasant,I would recommend this garage and will definitely return when I need another car,a massive thank you to you both and hope you both have a fantastic Christmas.

We have just purchased our second car (MG HS Trophy) from MG Holdcroft Stoke after buying one of their hand picked cars 18 months ago. The customer service from Jamie, Alexandra and the whole team from sales to aftercare is second to none. Flexible test drives, great value deals, oh and the coffee is great as well. I bought an Audi TT from here, Alex was the salesman, he was terrific from start to finish, he explained all the purchase options GAP etc really well, his communication was excellent, he looked after me through the whole pruchase, was refreshingly honest and extremely helpful. Holdcroft MG Stoke were helpful because nothing was too much for Alexandra and Simon when negotiating the deal that I wanted and getting me into the car in the quickest time possible. They did everything they could do and nothing was too much to ask from them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team at MG as they made me feel extremely welcome from start to finish. Yet again another fantastic experience with Alex, followed him from Honda where I bought a second hand civic which did the job for 4 years. Recently wanted to upgrade so Alex was the obvious choice again! Told him what I wanted and he delivered and then some! First class service and follow up.Would highly recommend him to anyone and when my I decide on my next purchase I will definitely be visiting him again where ever he may be! Top bloke. Thanks Alex x
