Alex and the removals team were very hardworking and friendly, the move went smoothly, and all my furniture and belongings were well protected and treated with care. The team dissembled and reassembled several large pieces of furniture on the day. Everything was placed where I wanted to be before they left for the day. Alex and his team were friendly, professional and provided an excellent service. They did a great job protecting our belongings while making sure we were out of our property on time. I paid the full amount on the day having forgotten that I’d paid a deposit to secure the booking, and Alex contacted me the next day to highlight I’d paid too much and that he’d return the difference - which just shows the integrity and trustworthiness of Alex and his business. I highly recommend!

Alex and his team were fantastic the whole way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble and the were calm and caring the whole day. They were professional and took great care of my belongings which made the whole day very stress-free. I didn't have to lift a box the whole day which was lovely. There was a wait for the keys on my property and Alex was supportive whilst waiting and calm throughout which made the whole day run very smoothly. I would highly recommend using David C Metcalf Removals!!

Moved house 2 weeks ago and cannot thank these guys enough for making our house move so smooth!Communication before the move was great and very clear.On the day of the move, the guys turned up when they said they would. They did everything we didn’t have to lift a box. They were professional and took care with our belongings when taking them out of the old house and putting them into the new place. Alex and his team are superb. They’re careful, considerate and speedy. They take time to make sure all the items are packed safely, and even put protective mats down on the carpets! They take the stress out of moving house! This is the second time we’ve used them and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Worth every penny.

The removal team were responsive at returning my call and were professional from getting our quote. They turned up in good time on the day of removal and it all went smoothly at both ends. They put down matting to cover the carpets to keep everywhere clean and put all the furniture where we wanted.. They were a friendly competent team who i would highly recommend and would happily use again.
