Went here yesterday birthday shopping for grandson. Not technical but was helped by Jordan A who was so helpful and patient with my grandson he made dreaded experience a pleasure. Would have given 5 stars but manager was surly and unpleasant when asked something. However this young man is a credit to the company.

Yeah, its been great really. I did find a few watches I wanted. As well, had allot of fun seeing all the stock you have. Even if you don't want to buy something, that place is like a museum for having a good time. So its a nice place to be in. Good job you guys!

Used to love it.... but got lots of grief for returning a non working product next day with receipt. To be shouted at and a replacement thrown down with temper.... used to spend loads in here what with 6 kids..... not any more.

My wife bought me a massage item for my birthday, unfortunately it was noisy and did not work properly.The attitude was disgusting when returning the item, will never shop there again. I literally argued with the manager to get a refund.

Absolutely disgusted the way my sons were treated tonight. Got stopped off a member of staff requesting they give back an item they had picked up to look at. Please note whilst I was putting it back on the shelf. My son actually said my mam is putting back on the shelf. Could I please request that you do not treat all boys the same. You're behaviour was disgusting and you spoke to my child like he was scum of the earth totally unacceptable.

Visited inside for gaming headphones didn't have much selection, have plenty of other gaming related items. Not the store for me though
