I have been in three times now and on two occasions they did not have the full supply for my prescription. Pleasant staff but not very well organised. I'm going elsewhere.

The doctor send online prescription to The pharmacy but these pharmacy is not good at all. I went to take the medicine. They gave me 4 pills and a paper for me to come tomorrow and take the missing one now for two weeks and everyday I go has not been prepared even though the medicine is an antibiotic and I had to take the entire doses. Unfortunately, I am very angry

Yet again medication not ready. Then pharmacist tried to argue we didn't need it !!! Must have become a doctor now !Thought you had to complete a course of antibiotics.

I understand that as a pharmacy you are busy but attempting to get through on the phone is ridiculous. Due to the type of medication I need I have to call in advance to check it is in stock and everyday this week I have attempted to call, some days 9 or 10 times and at no point has anyone answered the phone. It either continuously rings or the phone is picked up and then put back down. I understand all NHS services are under a lot of pressure right now but this is beyond a joke. I have this experience every month when I try and call - due to work hours, I don’t have the option of calling in to the pharmacy to ask.

Went in to send off a parcel after doing the same thing few days prior and point blank was refused and told it was the wrong shop. Tried to explain but was just told by the rude staff that I was in the wrong place. Absolute joke

doctor sent an urgent prescription though to them said it would be there to pick up same day 48 hours have now passed and still no tablets, will ask doctor to send some where else next time and wont be going back there, staff did not seem to care at all when telling me they would not be in to the next day again....
