Little overpriced.Drink was alright, better than McDonald's but worse than Costa.Staff were alright although they didn't give me a straw with my takeout drink.

Staff were pleasant enough, just about, but could benefit from a bit more training in customer service skills, for engaging customers in conversation as oppose to each other.Despite the place being nearly empty at time of visiting it was hard to find a clear table, there were staff stood around doing nothing, so I don't understand why they weren't clearing tables.Cake was disappointing, very dry. Hot chocolate was average, I expected more for the price. Also received a parking fine which made it a VERY expensive drink (£106), as a genuine customer with a legitimate reason to be parking there I'm obviously annoyed about this; new parking signs have gone up since my visit which are much clearer on timeframes so hopefully no-one else gets stung, but this doesn't help me. Also 90 mins max stay isn't very long if you're meeting friends for coffee and lunch.I won't be going back in a hurry.

This is my mocha Frappuccino made by Jaz . The service and friendliness of the staff is excellent. Every time we go into Starbucks we are made to feel very welcome xx

Long wait as drive thru are prioritised, appalling service, hard seats and no ambiance. Why would anyone choose Starbucks over Costa or any place independent coffee shop. We have not went there for pumpkin spiced latte, I hope it’s the last time.

I ordered a peach iced tea which was pleasant as usual. However, the service from the server was absolutely shocking. Not even a hello before taking my order, no smiles, no enthusiasm. I expect much better from a company that prides itself on customer service.The restaurant itself was disgusting and clearly not cleaned regularly.I will never be coming back to the Clough Road Starbucks as a result of my visit.Very disappointing.

A member of staff kindly made time to show me the the dietary breakdown of one of the new drinks so I was able to calculate the right amount of insulin (I’m type 1 diabetic). I usually stick to americanos to be safe but I was shown the exact amounts for the size and style of drink that I wanted, which worked perfectly. Thank you again!

Staff taking the order was friendly and knowledgeable however the staff making the drinks were too busy discussing last nights antics, they didn't speak or even give eye contact right up until the laboured thank you once the drinks were finally made. They reminded me of a toy with almost dead batteries. There was no atmosphere here at all, however the drinks and cake were nice. It was just a shame these 2 ladies had no life in them.

I recently visited the Starbucks on Clough Road in Kingston upon Hull and received exceptional service from Beth. Her dedication and willingness to assist were truly outstanding. Beth went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. Not only did she assist me promptly, but her commitment to maintaining a clean environment was evident as she proactively kept busy by sweeping the floors and tidying the tables, showcasing her strong work ethic. She's undoubtedly an invaluable asset to the companyJames :)

Flat whites were disappointing in 2 ways 1)Despite sitting in staff insisted in giving us paper cups 2) Milk was not foamed properly.Heating of the buns on our b'fast s'wiches toughened the bread.Tables hadn't been cleaned very well.Overall I was disappointed AND for that experience it was way overpriced.
