Ordered a donor chips and cheese, was very good and service was amazing, had a little chit with one of the younger lads about cadets. Great place for a quick takeaway

How is this place allowed to be in business?Food was absolutely vile!!!Pizza - Soggy and tasted strange.Chips - Burnt/ cooked in dirty oil.Macaroni - looked and smelled like vomit, covered in some sort of rubbery cheese.Wouldn't feed this to an animal!

Wow. So incredibly disappointed. Used to love this place, but since it reopened, it's gone completely down hill. Quality and portion size has reduced while prices have increased.Went in person last week, staff were grand as usual, but food was less than ideal. I thought it might have been an off day; but after getting delivery tonight, it's clear this place is not what it used to be.Doubt I'll be back, such a shame.

My husband had bought a pizza on 7/3/2021 but did not open and check it in the shop. When He reached home ,we noticed that they had given a burnt pizza. I wonder why the guy in the shop couldn’t see this while cutting the pizza and just gave it to the customer. We were busy to cook so thought of getting it from the shop but this was utterly a waste of time. My husband had to go back again to the shop and show them the quality of their food. He asked for a refund or a fresh pizza to which they gave him a freshly made pizza. It tasted good and was filling .The owner should look into the issue so that it doesn’t happen again with other customers.

Never got our food. Placed our order on the new website, money was taken from my account, but no confirmation from the restaurant. No answer on the phone, no way of getting money back.

Ordered chicken kebab and received shwarma. Food was inedible so went in the bin. Foodhub no use and takeaway said they'd contact me but made no attempt... paid for Food - didn't receive what I ordered - foodhub and takeaway not interested. Waste of money

It used to be a great place, but the guy behind the counter was alone and clearly had no idea what he was doing. Ordered a basic hoagie wrap, which had always been good in previous orders, but not only did they miss half the ingredients, but the ones they did add were pitiful quantities, and they didn't even seal the wrap; instead, they just rolled it with no folds, entirely left open on both ends.

So, just in case, this is not a 5 star review of just eat, because just eat isn't very good. Fairuz always turn up at least 5 minutes before they say (they turned up 20 mins earlier this time). In my opinion they are BY FAR the best kebab place in Dundee and their pizzas are worth a try!!

Chicken kebab was rubber and tasteless and the pita was solid, the chips and cheese were soggy and cold. It was very clear that I was eating frozen, supermarket food that had been cooked, frozen agaon and then finally reheated and given to me. Most of it went in the bin. Shame as was really looking forward to trying them.
