I've delet with some bike dealers over the years but I don't think you'll find better than Mike and the team great shop and guy really takes the extra time to explain anything very very well recommended customer service is brilliant fairplay

As others have posted Mike" has a can do attitude which I can't fault his positivity. However apparently he can't deliver on promises. Order was late (9days) I didn't fish for compensation but it was offered. Nearly 6 weeks passed now and no compensation arrived. Pretty poor IMO making an offer and not holding to it."

Purchase was dispatched accurately and promptly. Than all sorts of problems caused by my bank and Royal Mail. Company could not have been more helpful. I wish I needed something else because they deserve the business. First class customer service.

Asked them if they could get jacket I liked and had seen online(spada wyatt) but not sure what size I needed they got two sizes in and Allowed me to take them for good ride out for me to decide which suited me best and almost met the best online price. Awsome friendly customer care and advice.

Excellent service. Visited to get a new helmet and again a month later when I had the first one stolen. Sorted me out with a Shuberth C3 which has been perfect. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy here again, it's the friendly service you only get from the smaller independent shops that makes this place worth a trip to visit. Highly recommend!

I always call Mike for advice before buying anything for my R1200GS. A small shop in Wales with a mountain of stock & knowledge. Incredibly helpful with a 'can do' attitude. I've never met the guy, as I live in Yorkshire, but his great service, prices & attitude have me returning again and again. It's always a good thing to support the small, helpful retailer because I still want him to be in business next time. Something that's getting very rare. Thanks to Mike I have never regretted a single purchase, money well spent every time. Long live the small, helpful retailer.
