Just Returned from a second trip in Bosnia with Al Ansar and team. Once again everything exceeded expectations. The very carefully planned and executed trip was an amazing experience. This is will be my regular place to go to for all travels abroad for foreseeable future. Cannot recommend Al ansar enough to everyone out there!

My husband recently booked our Umrah package with Al Ansar. I can honestly say it was one of best experience we’ve had. We received a 5 star service, more than what I expected. Right from the booking, flights, hotels, transfers and our visas which was sorted within 7 days of making our booking.Kauser is one of the best representatives and guided us through our trip and providing us with all details needed. His knowledge is outstanding and if ever you need help or advice he has the answers to everything.I would honestly recommend Al Ansar to anyone who’s planning to travel to Umar and specially if you’re travel with young children.Thank you to Al Ansar and Kauser for one the best experiences we’ve had. If I ever plan to travel to Umrah again I would most definitely book with Al Ansar.

A massive thanks to my brother Sheikh Kauser from Al-Ansar Travels for arranging this amazing Ottoman tour in Türkiye. The tour was absolutely jam-packed with places to go and things to do. There was never a dull moment and we loved every second.We performed our Haji and visited Al-Aqsa with him/Al-Ansar. I don't say this lightly, but I would go ANYWHERE in the world with him.SubhanAllah, he and his family have been amazing on this trip. My family and I were eager to undertake a spiritual journey to Jeddah for the Umrah pilgrimage in Makkah. Despite initial hesitations, the positive online reviews led me to choose Al Ansar T&T for their assistance. What set this family-owned business apart was not only the commendable reviews but also the inherent trust that came with its familial nature. The entire team was highly qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced.Brother Kawsar and his wife were exceptionally kind and accommodating, customizing our bookings. They selected hotels in close proximity to the Kaaba and the Rawdah, facilitating easy access to both mosques. Throughout our journey, Brother Kawsar and his Jeddah team ensured our well-being, providing constant updates and swift accommodation in case of any issues.Encountering a stressful situation when we missed a connecting flight from Amman to Jeddah, Brother Kawsar and his team remained supportive, managing our emotional distress across different time zones. Despite being a young woman unsure about handling a missed flight, their guidance was invaluable.Alhamdulillah, we successfully completed the Umrah, with the only regret being not heeding Brother Kawsar's advice to extend our stay in Makkah over Medinah. The company's transportation services were excellent, offering air-conditioned comfort. Brothers Hassan and Ahmed, well-versed in pilgrimage procedures, and Brother Ahmed in Medinah, who guided us to the Quba mosque, contributed significantly to our experience.I am delighted I chose this company, as they went beyond expectations in caring for us. I can assure you, choosing them is a decision you won't regret. Their commitment to safety and the familial atmosphere they cultivate make them stand out. Second time travelling with Al Ansar.I recently travelled to Saudi with my parents, I was nervous to travel alone as a female with my parents but honestly I am so glad I went with Al Ansar. The team went above and beyond. From the start to end, there was always someone there to support us/check in on us. There is a lot I want to say but the review will be very long so just a few points:1) Before travelling: Kauser had helpfully printed all necessary documentation, a checklist in case we needed it and provided us with ID cards (which was especially useful for my mum). He is well organised and that in itself made me comfortable before travelling.2) Al Ansar had arranged all the transportation we’d need whilst over there prior to us flying, for example, from Jeddah to Makkah, from Makkah to train station etc. they had people on the ground to support us, to take us into taxis, to check us into hotel. It was such a smooth experience Alhamdulillah. The ground team were amazing in both Makkah and Medina (shoutout to Masum and Ahmed). The cars were comfortable, and having people out there made it much easier for me, knowing if there was a problem I could reach out to the ground team and also Kauser in London who was always available to help.3) Al Ansar also arranged for someone to perform Umrah with us, this was really useful and much appreciated.4) It goes without saying that hotels were amazing in both Makkah and Medina, very close to the Haram, it was great.All in all it was yet another great experience. I had everything I needed for someone travelling alone with parents. Al Ansar are reliable and trustworthy, I would definitely travel with Al Ansar again in future iA.

Took my wife and 10 month year old son for their very first umrah trip with Al-Ansar Travel & Tours, Alhamdulillah what an experience. Everything in terms of arranging our hotels, flights and transport was all taken care of so there was nothing to stress about especially when travelling with a little one. We also caught the bullet train from Madinah to Makkah, reducing our journey time and Al-Ansar happily arranged this request for us. Soon as we landed, our tour guide was already there waiting to welcome us and all the tour guides have been exceptionally helpful throughout our trip to explain and educate us on the different things. There was regular contact from the UK team to check up on how everything was and if we needed anything else which made things stress free. If anyone is looking to go to umrah then I would highly recommend these guys because they are able cater to all your needs with their vast experience. This has been a very special journey for me and my family and Inn Sha Allah I hope to travel via Al-Ansar very soon again.

This is the second time travelling with Al Ansar, and honestly the service is second to none! We were a little hesitant at the start as we were travelling with two small children, but Alhamdullilah, Al Ansar exceeded ALL of our expectations! The whole trip was so smooth and we had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. It was such an unforgettable experience, we cannot wait to book our next trip with Al Ansar. Al Aqsa Trip - May 2023My parents and I recently visited the blessed lands with Al-Ansar Travel & Tours. We found the trip to be very well organised, from the informative seminar which took place prior to leaving to the very last day; the team are attentive and ensure all bases are covered.Al-Ansar provided us with daily itineraries so we knew the plan for each day. Everyday was packed with lots of interesting sites to visit. It was so enlightening to see holy sites of all 3 monotheistic religions. We felt particularly blessed to see first-hand where Quranic stories took place, truly unforgettable moments, Alhumdulilah.A big thank you to the Al-Ansar family including the tour guide, scholars and media personnel! JazakAllahu Khairan. We had a lovely time and created so many memories that we’ll cherish forever. I would like to say a massive massive thank you to team al ansar. My package was tailor made by brother kawsar himself. I had a few requests as i was taking my elderly parents for the first time and allhamdulillah he met them all. I feel like i underpaid for the service that i recieved. Once in saudi i was greeted by ahmed who is a man of many talent. Who my parents were very fond of for all his help. He also helped us perform our umrah shielding and protecting my parents whilst doing tawaf which can get hectic. Brother kawsar was in communication with me atleast twice a day asking if we needed anything. Hotels in makkah and madina was in perfect location. The transportation was of luxury status from makkah to madina. Overall this journey was an amazing experience and couldnt have happened with out the help of kawsar imanni and ahmed.This is actully my second time i have used al ansar and would highly recommend every single person who is looking to go umrah to use them. Once again jzk for the journey of a life time.

Alhamdullillah both hotels provided in Makkah and Medinah were both minutes away from both Masjids which was amazing. Communication was brilliant throughout the trip we even had a tour guide while in Saudi to help us perform Umrah and visit few Masjids... The ground staff Brother Ahmed and Sister Khadijah was extremely helpful.Jazakallah for a great experience for our first Umrah it's definitely a memory of a lifetime.I would personally highly recommend Al Ansar to everyone as they are truly a company who believe in their values.Once again, Thank you for your amazing service.
