On Wednesday I truly had the worst experience in a charity shop in my entire life. The till manager? Total vibe killer. Eye rolls, the attitude, everything. It's like she was on a mission to make every interaction feel like I murdered her entire family. Left the store feeling more annoyed, upset and overwhelmed than anything, wondering if they ever learned the phrase customer service" in her training especially in a charity shop. Don’t understand how they became the Manager"

Extremely rude member of staff refused to take £10 note for a £1 pound item. Could have easily asked me if I had smaller change. Instead crossed her hands and point blank said no. Will not visit again.

Lovely charity shop, plenty of stock and a good variety , handy place to go if you are starting out in a house, some good bargains for people on a tight budget, staff are pleasant and helpful, when you consider they volunteer their time it's great.

On top of being a solid charity shop for finding good quality nice things, the staff a so nice!!!! Im autistic with my special interest being for some very specific dinosaurs, and they were so kind and lovely to me with sorting a bundle of the ones i love among a ton of bundles that were available:))) you have absolutely made my day and year thank you so much!!!!

Please train your staff how to be polite & have manners- i spoke to a very abrupt lady intending to buy quite a bit of furniture, but her attitude was shocking,I just left. I thought staff were there to help,not put customers off.
