I’ve just purchased my 4th car from the Peterborough branch and I have to say that again the service was excellent! Alex Beeken was fantastic and very patience, knowledgeable, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Alex even gave me a lesson on how to drive an automatic, which I purchased and was all down to him. So a big thank you Alex you are a star!

Great big car supermarket on the edge of Peterborough in a retail area. Plenty of cars to choose from, helpful staff. Toilets in the main building. Well worth looking for your next car there. Nearly new cars a speciality.

Bought my new Seat Leon Cupra from Motorpoint a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Charlie P was fantastic from start to finish and provided brilliant customer service. We had to play around with the finance numbers a bit to get to a monthly figure I was happy with but this was no issue unlike when you go to main dealer where there is a lot of waiting around for things like this. Overall a 10/10 experience and would definitely use motorpoint again!

Awful communication, we booked an appointment and paid the fee to pick up a mini that wasn’t ready that we didn’t find out was ready until nearly 7pm the previous day. Someone signed off the car when they shouldn’t have but the follow up was truly awful with very little communication from anyone we had to chase them and then decided to buy a car the next day from someone else.

Had a great experience buying my newest car. Would like to give a big shoutout to Henry Vaudin who was especially helpful when my previous car broke down just as it was time to pick up my new one. He let us keep the old car there overnight and greeted RAC this morning so we could find out what was wrong with it. The new car came earlier than expected and we could pick it up the next day. Would use again

Very impressed with the service here and highly recommend. I was looking for my first decent car having been driving for a few years now. I was very nervous when it came to test driving the car I liked but trainee Tom made me feel at ease and helped me make my decision. We put a deposit on a car, then before we paid the balance, I contacted Ford to ask about service costs. Ford told me that there was no record of the vehicle being serviced at the correct mileage and said they could not honour the remaining 7 months Ford warranty. Motorpoint said they would honour the warranty themselves. We then purchased the vehicle but it wasn't cleaned properly as requested after the test drive. It then took over a week and several times asking, before Motorpoint gave us the warranty promise in writing. Check the details people. Apart from this, everything else was OK, nice staff.

My son was due to pick up his new car today, but due to a new employer renaging on his contract terms and letting him down badly and the fact he has 2 children under 5(1 a newborn) he was worried how motorpoint would deal with this situation. He should not of worried. Nathan was absolutely brilliant and understanding and has come up with a plan to give my son breathing space to try and source new employment to still acquire the ideal car for his young family.This companies customer service is 2nd to none, thank you Nathan and Tom for your help in this situation, Thank you motorpoint.
