First week of service was completed to a very good standard which in turn led us to continue with having the team back on a weekly basis. Week two I returned home to a not very clean and untidy house which was really disappointing. On further inspection it seemed that not much work had been completed, overall the house was untidy, there were dirty dishes left on the side, dishwasher was still loaded, washing machine still full with damp washing, dusty surfaces and the floors hadn't been mopped.I had agreed a housekeeping and laundry service whereby the days we had the cleaning service, our beds would be changed and laundry would be collected. This was missed and the laundry from the beds from the previous week hadn't been brought along so beds were not changed.No laundry was taken the second week and even more strangely even though our washing had not been collected, they managed to take my sons damp uniform off of the drying rack and left me with zero school uniform the following day which I had to frantically contact someone to get it returned the morning of which was absolutely ridiculous.Laundry was eventually returned and the only positive was that it was ironed well. Other than that we have missing items that I am still awaiting the return of, which is some missing bottom sheets and pyjamas.Chaotic and disorganised business!

Fast professional cleaning. My house was so clean and the beds were made beautifully like staying in a hotel. Definitely will be setting up regular service.

Unprofessional, terrible communication and not even the decency to respond after cancelling a clean for a 3rd time in two weeks minutes before they was suppose to arrive! One was even cancelled at 3pm in the afternoon with not even a response beforehand! Blinds all left wide open after a clean, bathroom floor wasn’t even mopped and cleaning products stuffed back not even in the cupboard they was taken from and left unorganised and untidy

Customer service needs a lot of work. I got in touch with them via WhatsApp and was happy that the process was so straightforward, but then I kept on having to ask them when they would come. They kept reassuring me that they will come, without any confirmation of a booking. It was unclear whether they would be able to do the job, since they did not ask for my address until an hour before they said they would come. Eventually, I got fed up of waiting and told them not to bother coming.Lacks professionalism.

Well after having the builders in to refit kitchen we really didn't have the strength to clean up & unpack all the boxes and put kitchen back together. I was dubious about leaving someone else to do it for me. But I was advised the kitchen would all be cleaned out boxes unpacked and ready for Me to cook, and boy was I surprised I walked into a kitchen showroom all dressed up, they had even put roller blind up cupboards full the place was spotless fantastic easy process and the flowers on the window were a beautiful little surprise.
