Fantastic service, very responsive, happy to work around your plans, completely COVID aware and put in all provisions to make sure their staff and clients are kept safe. Couldn't recommend enough!

We happily used this company for more than a year but after a significant change of staff a few months ago it became less reliable and the quality of work dipped so by the end we were being asked “which rooms are the priority?” and only half the house was being cleaned; some rooms were untouched for 6 weeks. I raised this with management but there was no improvement or acknowledgment that standards of service had declined so we went elsewhere.

Freshly Maid
When we had Jenny as our cleaner we were really happy but unfortunately on some occasions other people have turned up and been nowhere near her standard. We did request to have Jenny every time but I guess they can't always manage that. The times when it hasn't been her we've had to go around and re do a lot of stuff ourselves. We've decided not to continue with them anymore as it's just not a consistent service. Many thanks to Jenny though she is a great member of the team who deserves a shout out.

Jenny from Freshly Maid is an absolute gem! She comes to us twice a week and is punctual, friendly and the most efficient cleaning lady we’ve had. She’s like the Duracell bunny with so much energy and enthusiasm!Also, Ally (the office manager) is responsive, organised and is such lovely lady.I highly recommend Freshly Maid.

Freshly Maid
I’ve been using Freshly Maid for around six months now and love the service. Whilst it’s not the cheapest, the quality and reliability is fantastic. The fact that I don’t have to rely on the availability of a single cleaner, but have access to a whole team who bring all their own cleaning products and equipment is really convenient.
