Been a trade customer with them for years opened a trade account used a few times always got a discount with the old trade counter then used new trade counter unbelievable price charge so didn't bother using them for a quite a while . Then spotted this online company with the same address really good prices went to collect . But decided to test my trade price account again absolutely ridiculous price quoted the opened my basket for the new online company and straight away they switch to lower price .

I ordered from these gave me a delivery date of 13th may.Was told on the 13th that my items are with a courier and would arrive on the 14th.I am still waiting and they are not responding to any emails or calls.If the customer service is this bad because of covid they should not be open - it’s just pure greed.I have been dealing with a lot of suppliers during these times and not had a single issueDO NOT BUY FROM THESE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS STAY AWAY.

Poor. I ordered something last week required for some windows fitting this weekend. Ordered and paid with plenty of notice for monday delivery slot. It did not arrive and I had to chase to find out it wasnt coming as the depot didnt have it. Was absolutely assured that it would be delivered today on the weds (aware I need this by weekend) and I had to cancel something to wait in for delivery, surprise surprise I had to chase myself to find out it wasnt coming yet again. Promised would be friday, day before its required.. absolutely no faith this would happen and would be too late to source elsewhere if not. Bought one half the price from a brilliant place on wheatley hall road. Only reason not 1 star is cust services person was quick to respond to my queries and answer questions

Very prompt service, products were well priced. I completed a garage facia refurb with no problems and the finished job looks really good.

Direct plastics were excellent. Good products at an excellent price.I made a mistake on my order (chose the wrong external vs internal 90 degree bend ogee gutter corner) and called them when they opened and Toni in Customer Service sorted it out. Everything was delivered on time. I recommend these guys.

Poor ServiceI ordered some fascia, was given an expected delivery date. Delivery date missed by a week, so I contacted them and they cc’d me in on a request to the delivery company Tufnell’s. The order acknowledgement stated DPD next working day.Still not delivered and the tracking information I was given simply states that it is at the local depot. I appreciate that it’s the delivery company are not performing, however DP must take responsibility for it. They made the choice of delivery company, not me.The whole experience has been a waste of time and money. I don’t think I will be getting my money back and litigation is not practicable.Can’t contact you and emails bounce.I’ve been ripped off and there is nothing I can do about it.

I placed 4 orders in the month of May, the 1st came on time and complete with no issues. The other 3 however have been an absolute shambles from stock not being available even though the website stated in stock, right through to delayed deliveries. The last order was 'marked as urgent' and came later than promised and was sent to the billing address and delivery address. All in all I feel that this company has a long way to go to provide an efficient service, I definitely will not be using them again.

I found this company great to deal with speedy delivery, great prices and excellent customer service when a problem arose.

Lost my order and then delivered the wrong order, sent a false invoice to cover their mistake and days after my scaffolding came down the correct order turned up. Don't expect a response to any emails. And tuffnells managed to deliver the wrong order 3 days apart. So I had the joints and silicone but no fascia.
