Parking quite big, BUT parking spaces so tiny - probably they thinking driver must jump out over windscreen. Staff not helpful and rude, except security - they are friendly and fair :). No info provided. Bay 11 not marked. Everyone spitting info like to any driver been here before for 100 times.

Check your booking time with your company, turn up one hour before and you’ll have absolutely no problems delivering here. Very fast and efficient and the office staff are really nice (if you show them respect unlike a lot of rude drivers I’ve seen)

Terrible place to drop! Headache to park, u need to wait for ages, cold shower with low water pressure! BMW should do better! Is quite a thing especially in England! They don’t give a s@@@ about truck drivers and they try make our live hard as possible! Don’t forget educated people in warm offices we are the ones who delivering your alcohol, what you drinking on evenings, so give us a little more respect!

Tragedy. Three days waiting for unloading. Toilet is leaking, it becomes a swamp after a few flushes. Shower without hot water
