Great company. We had a bit of difficulty with pointed rather than rounded tops but they really did pull out all the stops to rectify things quickly. And when I needed a few more panels Keiran really came up trumps. Good product at a reasonable price as well. Trust this company. You wont be disappointed.

I don’t recommend. Sample was pre-painted as requested but fence arrived late and only primed. Was told gate fittings were included - they weren’t. Called on several occasions but they did not call back. A very unprofessional company.

A big thank you to Richard at The Picket Fence Company. We had a specific vision and Richard helped design and make the fence exactly how we wanted, even with a last minute change the day before delivery. From start to finish, even to after the fence was fitted the service was exceptional. To be able to have the fence made to measure and totally finished when delivered made the whole process smooth and painless. The fence adds character, whilst also keeping our dog secure. Thank you again.

The panels were robust and well made. There is a lead time of a couple of weeks from order to fulfilment to allow panels to be made . Kieran is a good communicator and let me know progress at all stages . Well packed using decent delivery company . Only request is to ensure that best side is pales is alll always facing forward when manufacturing . Had to fill and repaint imperfections in x 2 pales - if pales had been turned round would not have been issue . Many thanks
