You have an answer machine and you don't bother to answer it. Then when I have to ring you laugh that you didn't ring me back. No stock of paint and if ordering on a Monday morning not in until Friday. Not acceptable

Friendly, helpful, knowledgable people who take the time to help you. They have always been so patient with me when I go in with my baby daughter even if I have to interrupt the conversation to sort her out in some way. We’ve only used them for paint (so far) but the prices are the same as homebase on the same brands so why not support a local business who provide a really lovely service?

The ladies at The Rose Garden have provided impeccable service, well considered advice and all the products I need at very reasonable prices. In fact I'm not sure I would be getting through this house renovation without them. I turn up like an emotional whirlwind and by the time I leave I've had a lovely giggle and walked away with the perfect product to put all my worries to bed.
