Disappointing. Very poor communication when we advised we were moving our contract elsewhere. Ignored emails, did not help with obtaining PAC codes or ending contracts with existing service provider. As our incumbent we feel this should have been taken care of by them as part of the service they offered when we renewed our contract with them two years ago. We feel let down, their customer service towards us has been shocking.

Avoid as a business - promised service standards never met and more importantly no documented contracts to fall back on when all goes wrong or you get fed up of the poor service.Multiple failed service appointments just a no show time and time again. Repeated chasers to deliver purchased new handsets.Promised the earth via email but delivered sub standard B2B performance. Sending an email saying did you mean this _ _ _ _ day for collection or next - the day after the due date then having to send the same the following week.Very disappointed that I fell for the sales patter.
