What an absolute pleasure it is dealing with this company. Every time I test audio gear out, they go above and beyond my expectations with an impeccable service. Offering to lend out demo gear & always giving quality advice and most importantly, providing their time and patience. I have mostly dealt with Andy, who I'm building a great relationship with in terms of my needs and he is always there to assist me along the way. I really look forward to visiting Signals every time I do so, and will continue to use them on a long term basis.

Great people, great service, great premises!If you want to be treated with respect and not talked down to like a lot of hifi dealers then come here.I live 200 miles away and would gladly make the trip down to Signals to demo and buy hifi equipment. The demo rooms are some of the best in the U.K.

After visiting a few Hi-Fi shops we came across signals in Ipswich. The equipment in there is amazing. Originally we was just looking to buy a sound bar. After Alastair showing us some other options we bought 2 stand up Dynaudio Evoke 50 speakers, Evoke centre speaker, Dynaudio sub 6 speaker, AV amp, 2 Naim Muso’s and Naim amp. Yes, they showed us what music could really sound like, we got goosebumps! The sound bar just wouldn’t do it anymore. Second to none is their customer service. We was loaned two speakers while waiting for our new ones. Andy came out to us 4 on occasions just to help us set the equipment up. I can not put into words how amazing the service is. They are the gods of the Hi-Fi world, you can not go anywhere better, no matter how much you are spending. The experience they gave us and continue to give us is exceptional! Nothing is ever too much, they really do bend over backwards We look forward to seeing them again!

Kev was hugely helpful demonstrating a range of products both within and slightly outside of our price range, so we had the fullest perspective of how each amp/turntable/speaker performed. He was also kind enough to set everything up and walk me through step by step, which was great, 5/5 highly recommend!

Spoke at length with Andy about my requirements and he was nothing but flawlessly professional, pragmatic and mindful of my budget.Proper hi-fi shop with loads of stock, for tastes both moderate and extreme.Bought a new turntable, preamp and speaker setup after trying various different components; his knowledge was incredibly valuable.He also introduced me to a wonderful album.Their listening spaces are homely and comfortable, and are excellent at conveying the quality of the products they retail. Great deals to be had. Amazing service that you don't get shopping online.Looking forward to my next visit already!

It was my first visit to Signals Hi-Fi and yes, the set up and equipment available for demonstration in their listening rooms is second to none - topping out with the Naim Statement. However, mere mortals like myself are also catered for and I purchased a Bluesound Node streamer, Rega Brio amp and speaker cable. Thank you Alastair and Kevin for your personable welcome and advice which helped a hi-fi novice feel at ease.
