Very helpful. Katie Amos in the showroom is so knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly to deal with. Always go in there for parts etc. I would highly recommend.

I went here today with my wife to take a look at some bathroom units, colours and suchlike. We hadn't booked an appointment but the staff despite being busy, made time to guide us around and help make a choice quickly. What was so helpful was that they were good at listening and trying to match what we wanted with the product that best fitted. This is the type of showroom I like, small but manageable, and what wasn't on display could be shown in the magazine or (we didn't try this but we're told about it) the 3d computer aided design which helps you visualise the units in a bathroom where you input your own dimensions. Good experience, thanks guys.

I would highly recommend City Plumbing. We have recently had 2 bathrooms fitted and Katie was absolutely amazing. She did all the planning, sorted out the sanitaryware and furniture and was always on hand for questions and amendments. Nothing was too much trouble and she also recommended the bathroom fitters (Mark and Barry) who were absolutely brilliant. We couldn't be happier with our bathrooms and the service.

Showroom: I feel compelled to write this review after a second wasted visit due to second damaged cabinet. It ought be standard practice to open and check goods for replacements before you say it's alright for your customers to drive in to collect. This is already a second time we've had to use our warranty on your items, the first time the piece was after a few months already out of date, or removed from service, only alternative was to have to change the entire fitting at our cost, rather than what amounted to a replacement plug! we have busy lives and This time wasting just makes it harder.I feel let down by your processes and I have started to conclude you actually sell Seconds.

Buyer beware!!Visited the showroom to look at aqua boards when we updated our wet room. When my wife and I visited the showroom to look at the panels in question we were very much led to believe that, although you could see a join it would be barely visible. So, imagine my surprise, when my highly competent and professional builders (who have fitted many other types of material before), showed me the results of their work - a huge visible gap showing up the boards to look like cheap plastic and not a smooth marble-like sheet" as had been promised in the showroom. You can see quite clearly from the photos that the gap is significantly larger than anything that they have on display in their showroom.The second major issue was with the cappuccino stone boards. We were not told that there was absolutely no chance of a panel match. If we had been then we would not have made the purchase at all for any of the boards. We would have gone with a similar idea of a feature wall but used tiles instead. But perhaps that is why we weren't told this. I genuinely feel that we have been mis-sold to

Came into the centre for a replacement tap restrictor and aerator,to be told ..oh no you.ll need a whole new tap " ...( Plus the cost of a plumber to replace it) I then WALKED 20 yards along and went into Screwfix where I bought the exact one I needed for £4.49 ..quite clearly you are all about ripping customers off.I will not ever come into your shop ever again"

It was great, it is appointment only to the showroom, which we didn't know but Karen fitted us in,she was very good and helped us no end.
